We are a family run business that is based in the heart of Caerphilly since 2019, with over 20 years combined experience within the whitegoods repair industry.

Our engineers have been fixing and servicing every make and model of domestic appliances for many years.

As a result of this you can be confident in our knowledge and experience for your appliance repairs.

Also our team are friendly, reliable and believe in going the extra mile, in contrast resulting in a professional, efficient and stress free service for all of our customers.

Due to being a small independant company we thrive in giving and promoting a personal feel/experience when dealing with our customers.

What We Charge:

Our labour fees are based on appliance type, working on integrated (built in) appliances or large American style fridge freezers/rangecookers take slighlty longer than standard freestanding appliances, this extra skill set is calculated into the labour fees.

• Freestanding Appliances - £70 + VAT (£84 Inc VAT)

• Built In (integrated) Appliances - £75 + VAT (£90 Inc VAT)

• American Style Fridge Freezers / Range Cookers - £80 + VAT (£96 Inc VAT)

Came to the house to repair our washing machine, arrived exactly when they said they would be there. They took a good look at our machine and found the faults, unfortunately the cost of the parts meant it wasn't viable. Thanks to their advice we we settled on buying a new machine, not from themselves, but from AO. Again they assisted on this purchase and got the machine through their company at a better price with their discount. We can't thank One Stop enough and are very pleased with our new LG recommended machine.

Excellent service from Allan. Clear communication throughout and arrived as advised. Price for labour, job assessment and parts for our dishwasher was fair and good value. He was also happy to advise re a couple of issues with other machines and there was no attempt to pressurise us into added expense. I found him honest and pleasant to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. His young apprentice Craig was also very personable. Thank you.
