Came to the house to repair our washing machine, arrived exactly when they said they would be there. They took a good look at our machine and found the faults, unfortunately the cost of the parts meant it wasn't viable. Thanks to their advice we we settled on buying a new machine, not from themselves, but from AO. Again they assisted on this purchase and got the machine through their company at a better price with their discount. We can't thank One Stop enough and are very pleased with our new LG recommended machine.

Great service. Allen came the following day to look at our washing machine. Was able to repair it there and then. Explained what the issue was. Himself and his apprentice were very professional, personable and friendly. I would highly recommend their service.

Excellent service from Allan. Clear communication throughout and arrived as advised. Price for labour, job assessment and parts for our dishwasher was fair and good value. He was also happy to advise re a couple of issues with other machines and there was no attempt to pressurise us into added expense. I found him honest and pleasant to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. His young apprentice Craig was also very personable. Thank you.

Great service. Two appliances broke with in small space of time and both times the team who came out were great, quickly identified the issue and resolved them. Would highly recommend.
