Our fridge had stopped working. I spoke to a wonderful knowledgeable woman who told us what to do first before they came out and would need to charge us. What a difference to the other engineers that I also phoned. Would highly recommend. Well done polite genuine person
From the first time of contact, I was extremely impressed by this company.When they contacted I was told to defrost my fridge freezer first for 48 hours as this may resolve the problem without incurring a call out fee for them to look at the appliance.Unfortunately it didn't resolve but the instant it was looked at Allen was aware if the problem. A very reasonable quote given, part ordered and fitted in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this company.
My request for repair was answered, and a visit was planned for the following day Allen attended and identified the problem and a part was ordered. I was kept up to date with the arrival of the part. A time was agreed for the repair to be completed. All up and running within 5 days. Excellent friendly service would highly recommend.
