We repair ALL makes and models of electric appliances. We are NOT gas safe so are unable to repair gas appliances.

What areas do you cover?

Our coverage area is Caerphilly, Cardiff, Aberdare, Mountain Ash, Merthyr Tydfil, Pontypridd, Church Village, Llantwit Fardre, Llantrisant, Pontyclun, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, Newport, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Newbridge, Blackwood, Bargoed and Ystrad Mynach. How much do you charge?
A.
We charge a fixed call out and labour. This is £60 plus VAT (£72 inc VAT). This cover all visits until the repair is complete, the only additional charge is for spare parts if they are needed.
Q.
What if my appliance can not be repaired?
A.
If your appliance is beyond economical repair the we reduce our fee down to £30 plus the VAT (£36 inc VAT) to cover the callout costs.
Q.
If parts are needed for my appliance how long will I have to wait?
A.
If parts are required and we do not have them in our vehicle stock to fit on the first visit, we usually return within 3-5 days depending on our supplier availability. On rare occasions if parts are out of stock with our suppliers then the repair time does increase, however we will always advise you of this when we are quoting the repair and make you aware of time frames.
